1. Returns
We accept returns for products that meet the following conditions:
- Eligibility: The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. Items that show signs of wear or alterations are not eligible for return.
- Return Window: You may return the product within 5 days of delivery.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as custom-made or personalized products, and clearance sale items, are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Send an email to support@layogfashion.com with your order number, details of the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
- Shipping the Item: Please pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RA number inside the package. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:
- Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
- Partial Refunds: In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted, such as when the product shows signs of use or is returned without its original packaging.
- Non-Refundable Shipping Charges: Shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will also be deducted from your refund unless the item was defective or incorrect.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@layogfashion.com with a description and photos of the damage or defect. We will provide you with a replacement or a full refund, including shipping charges, at no additional cost.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after the specified time, please take the following steps:

7. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. After this period, if the order has already been processed or shipped, the cancellation will be treated as a return.
